Hi, I don’t have this model, but I purchased the X 11 mouse which I like a lot, but I’m having the same problem getting the software. Do ymarisolmazatlan!ou have any hint about how I might find the X 11 Software ? Thank you.
I have this mouse and have downloaded the software and it instantly said mouse is disconnected and wont open the software …tried compatibility mode all the way back to vista with same results …. any ideas ?
Does it light up when plugged in? Does device manager show anything?
Matt how has the mouse performed so far? This mouse shape is the only one on the market when it comes to gaming that might fit my grip. Before I user Cooler master sentinel advance seriew and Mionix Naos.
It’s excellent! I have two of these one at my office and one in my home office. I have bigger hands and this fits perfectly.
